Restoration Recovery Residences (RRR) — also known as Résidences de Rétablissement et de Réinsertion (3R) — was founded on the belief that every person deserves a second chance. For those battling the toughest circumstances, this belief is not just a mission, but a non-negotiable human right. Our founder Dr Tsufac Roshinus, created RRR from his own life journey of overcoming adversity and rebuilding purpose. He didn’t just survive; he transformed his personal scars into a powerful blueprint for others. He believes that we can all fall but we have a chance to rise, correct our mistakes, learn from them, move forward and make a better future that truly defines our purpose. We are not just a housing facility — we are a movement of restoration, hope, and reintegration. We are the critical bridge back to self-sufficiency and genuine belonging, committed to building futures, one resilient life at a time.

Restoration Recovery Residences (RRR) was founded with a clear and urgent purpose: to bridge the critical gap that exists between clinical treatment and a successful, independent life. We recognized that far too many individuals, even after completing detox or rehabilitation programs, were left without the structured, compassionate support system needed to navigate the complex challenges of reintegration.
This is where RRR makes a difference. We do more than just provide a roof; we build professionally managed, home-like recovery environments where stability, accountability, and dignity are the cornerstones. Our residences are designed to be safe havens for individuals transitioning from detox centers, hospitals, or the justice system, offering the supportive community essential to truly heal and rebuild from the ground up.
